Toowomba

We just arrived yesterday to Toowoomba. A small city about 80 miles west Brisbane.
We came here to start our retail job in a big shopping centre tomorrow.
The city is very small and quiet with only 120000 people. All looks a bit american. The houses are made from wood and very flat. The letterbox away from the house like in the hollywood movies. The house where we are living in is big and more or less clean. But it's missing some furniture to make it more comfortable. Today we went to the supermarket, spent 54$, and cooked our own food since we are here. A very special thing for us because we couldn't cook in the Hostel were we lived before. We had Pasta a la Bolognese :-) Easy and fast :-)
We found another McDonalds with Internet access....so we are here right now...

In Brisbane

	We got rid of the Jetlag. Time to look for work. There is not much out there, because too many backpackers are here. We extended our stay at the hostel till wednesday now. We decided to search for the adventure and go for fruit picking. We can do any normal jobs in our own country, don't we? So we prefer have some new experiences and want to find out where our limits are...

Arrival in Brisbane

	We finally arrived in Brisbane today in the morning after 3 flights. Two of them for about 10 hours with loads of turbulences. We are in the hostel now and will stay there for the next 5 days....The jetlag is killing us right now, we are very tired. Tomorrow will be a better day and we will discover Brisbane.

	Here we go...almost ready to take off to Australia. Doing my last bits and pieces and getting crazy to keep everything together...even my mind. Iam a bit nervous. The flight is so bloody long :-/ Well....I will survive.. See ya!!
